How can I show my videos to my family and friends ?

Anyone can view the video if you tell them 『ID』『Password』 at your own risk.
Also, if you want to email 『ID』『Password』 :
①After logging in, click 『Notice to family and friends』 from the menu at the bottom of the page.
②Click 『Click here for notification by e-mail』to open a new email. Please enter 『ID』『Password』.
③Enter the Email address and send it.
If your email is garbled, click 『click here if email is garbled』 and submit it from the form.

Check that the『ID』and『Password』 on the back of the AngelMemory card are entered correctly.
If you don't know your password, please see 『I forgot my password.』

①Click『If you have forgotten your password, click here』in the login screen.
②Enter your『ID』『Security Code』 and registered 『scheduled date』 on the back of the AngelMemory card and click the button 『Show Password』 to display your password.
③If you don't know the scheduled date, click『Click here to email your password』.
④Enter your 『ID』『Security Code』 and 『e-mail address』 and click the 『Send Mail』 button. The password will be sent to the e-mail address you entered.

The video can be viewed until the end of the month when 18 months (one and a half years) passed after the new registration.
Please note that you will not be able to log in after that.

What happens after the expiration date ?

The video will be deleted from the server.
We recommend that you download the video by your computer and save it before that.

I lost my AngelMemory card.

Please contact a medical institution to issue a new AngelMemory card.
Please log in with your new 『ID』 and 『Password』 to view the videos taken with the new card.
You can view previous videos by login in with your previous card 『ID』 and 『Password』.

Unfortunately, you can't record videos without an AngelMemory card.

The second child was pregnanced within the expiration date. Can I use the same card?

The expiration date for viewing videos is 18 months (one and a half years), but Videos can be registered from medical institutions up to 12 months (1 year) from new registration.
Therefore, the same card cannot be used.

I used the AngelMemory card at the hospital where I went home (before going home). Can I use the card as it is ?

Do I need to register an email address?

You do not need to register an email address when registering a new account, but you can specify an 『email address』 to send in the following cases:
※Please make sure that you have received an email at the email address you entered.
・When sending a password by e-mail.
・If you want to contact us.
・ When notifying family and friends by e-mail.

I don't receive an email.

First of all, please confirm the following contents.
If you still do not receive the email, please enter another email address.
①Please make sure that the 『email address』 you entered is correct.
②Please Check if it is not in the junk Email folder.
③Please Check the setting of the domain specified reception on the receiving device. (Please set up to receive emails from the domain [kyoritsu-kiden.jp]).
④Please confirm that the email address you entered may not be received by some addresses , such as non-RFC compliant.
⑤If you enter the e-mail address of your mobile phone, you may not receive e-mails for the following e-mail addresses.
・Email address with a period (.) immediately before @ : xxxx.@xxxxxx
・Email address with a series of periods (.) before @ : xx..xx@xxxxxx
