Kyoritsu Kiden Kogyo Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) recognizes that it is important to properly protect personal information provided by service users (hereinafter referred to as “users”). And we are working as follows.

2. We will use personal information only when it is necessary for the execution of business, and use it within the scope of purpose of usage indicated at the time of acquisition.

4. Except for legal reasons such as legal requests, we will not provide or disclose personal information without prior approval from user.

5. In order to prevent the loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage of personal information, we will endeavor to implement security measures and provide education and enlightenment to all employees including officers.

6. If the user himself / herself requests disclosure, correction or deletion of personal information, we will respond promptly.
